Who we contact

We occasionally send one-to-one business emails to named decision makers at small businesses, about a service relevant to their own website. Every address is individually sourced and verified before we email it. We do not buy or rent bulk email lists, and no affiliates or third parties send email on our behalf.

How we send

Our outreach is sent by our own team, from our own mailboxes, with accurate sender details. We limit how many emails each mailbox sends per day, and every message is plain text with a single link.

Opting out

Every email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any of our emails and we will stop contacting you immediately and permanently, across all our tools.

Customer and service emails

Account notifications, downtime alerts and password resets are sent only to registered users, from separate systems.

Reporting abuse

If you received an email you believe breaks this policy, or someone is sending email in our name, please contact hello@statixoup.com and we will investigate.
